Position Responsibilities

  • Executes communications that support WATCHMAN Communications and Programs, Marketing, and Sales objectives, specifically focusing on communications directed to the LAAC Coordinator and WATCHMAN implanting physician.
  • Participates in the development and execution of plans for assigned projects. Anticipated projects include:
  • Partnering with product manager to build out an integrated communications plan for the LAAC Coordinator audience.
  • Executing LAAC Coordinator drip email campaign, with the goal to educate and nurture coordinators through regular email touchpoints.
  • Developing medical education & health economics and reimbursement communications.
  • Developing tradeshow communications plans & creating marketing and clinical data materials that support tradeshows.
  • Managing marketing collateral inventory.
  • Communicates proactively to key customers, managing expectations, timelines and logistics.
  • Produces communications materials utilizing established guidelines, processes, and tools.
  • Tracks and maintains projects within identified budget, ensuring cost-saving measures where appropriate.
  • Understands basic finance principles and their implications to individual projects.
  • Establishes strong relationships with key customers; serving as a liaison for initiatives.
  • Partners with vendors to ensure that initiatives meet expectations.
  • Partners with internal print & digital designer to produce communications materials.
  • Reports on project impact and outcomes to aid in the planning for continuous improvement.
  • Acquires and maintains knowledge of communications trends and best-in-class practices as related to responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Communications or similar field
  • Experience with Marketing Communications, Marketing, Communications Strategy
