POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This critical role guides and supports the design and implementation of targeted change strategies for one or multiple projects contained within the client’s Transformation Office. Partner on the design and execution of Enterprise Excellence (EE) change plan for one specific program or area of the organization. The position reports directly to the Enterprise Excellence Change Management leader and dotted line to the leader for that specific program or area of the organization.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the development of change strategy with close partnership with Change Management Leader and program leadership
  • Leverages and implements readiness activities for business/functional leaders to understand and support strategic change strategies and plans to prepare them to effectively lead through transformation. Ultimately creates and owns the Change, Communication and Education plan for the project
  • Representative of the EE change network for specific program or area of the organization.
  • Develops and actively manages the program Stakeholder Assessment and Management plan.
  • Supports change measurement plans and systems for program in line with respective project plans; provide for a mechanism to measure success of project initiative
  • Provides input to impacts and organization readiness for program or area of organization.
  • Consolidates change impacts and creates associated action plans.
  • Manages communication and collaboration between functional, regional and business teams to drive for alignment at all levels, in partnership with EE Communications.
  • Partners with the Change Management leader to prepare associated program or organization leaders to have the information they need and are enabled to effectively lead organizational change in transformation related activities.
  • Creates a plan for sustainment so that the changes continue after the project has concluded
  • Aligns change deliverables for program in with and support of key milestones for the program overall.
  • Promotes use of best practices and consistent methodologies; ensures business and function teams leverage existing systems, process and approaches as appropriate .
  • Ensures strong partnership with respective HR leaders to engage with associated business and functional leaders in the application of strategic change approaches.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree B.A./B.S.
  • Minimum 7-10 years change management experience
  • Proven experience and ability to navigate complex organizations with a proven track record of managing large scale change programs
  • Experience presenting and interacting with senior management
  • Experience with a large scale business transformation effort
  • MBA or Masters in Organization Development or related discipline (nice to have)
  • Significant client facing experience in a multi-national corporation (nice to have)
  • Experience in a major consulting firm with multi-national clients (nice to have)
