Duration: 6 months (w/possibility of extension)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Detailed Responsibilities:
Roles-based Certification Program (30%)
• Monitor new hire list, reach out to hiring managers
• Monitor all new project assignments, reach out to hiring managers
• Submit resulting changes to QS Education
• Monitor and report on all “unauthorized” cert additionsAudit Readiness (20%)
• Run and communicate Saba completion reports
• Perform quality record sampling, communicate results

Ongoing Records Management (30%)
• Monitor and triage RS RTD Training email box
• Research and respond to Saba requests, including RTD, business unit and company-wide requests
• Communicate assignment and removal of certifications to QS Education
• Work closely with QS Education to resolve issues and requests
• Maintain Course Catalog, including foundational and “delta” course versions
• Maintain Certification Catalog, including all related and impacted certifications
• Prepare and route TRNs: Course summaries, course materials, assessments etc.

Project maintenance (10%)
• Manage training plan for training development projects (if needed)

Event planning (10%)
• Schedule rooms, instructors, invitees
• Order and provide course materials, course supplies, food

Required qualifications:
• 2 – 4 years of experience in an administrative support role and/or project support role
• Experience working independently (self-directed)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Word and Excel
• Strong office support skills (e.g. email/calendaring and intranet; databases and SharePoint skills a plus)

Preferred qualifications:
• BS/BA degree in Business, Training, HR or related field
• Experience working in a regulated industry
• Experience working with learning management systems and/or document management systems
• Proven organizational skills
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to collect, organize and report data in an accurate and timely manner
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work well under significant time pressure
• Proven ability to work with a wide variety of people
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles
