Required Skills
- Experience writing both software and hardware documentation (minimum of five years of experience)
- Experience gathering technical information and creating documentation for both online and print media.
- Outstanding technical, editing, writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MadCap Flare (minimum of one year of experience).
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign (minimum of one year of experience).
- Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker (minimum of one year of experience).
- Experience with digital photography and photo editor such as Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects and deliverables on aggressive schedules.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with audio editor such as Audacity.
- Experience with bubble scanner technology and optical mark recognition.
- Experience with Snagit or other screen-capture tool.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
