POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our client’s Global IT Service Management team is looking for an IT Technical Writer to research, write and publish knowledge articles in the online IT knowledge base. The knowledge articles will be user facing to enable staff to resolve IT issues on their own instead of calling the IT Support line for help.
The IT Technical Writer will work with the client knowledge team, support desk staff and technical teams to transform complex technical information into knowledge articles that are understandable by non-technical staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must know at an advanced level how to use Microsoft Office. The candidate must have demonstrated success as an IT Technical writer relevant to the contents of this requisition. The candidate must be able to work full time onsite.
