A DAY IN THE LIFE:

In this role, you will partner with the Organization Effectiveness (OE) team to support the delivery of OE Center of Expertise (COE) services and solutions. The key areas of responsibility include business operations, project coordination, and analytics support to enable successful delivery of COE services. You will interact and collaborate with HR colleagues from different COEs and interact with global team members on a regular basis.

Provides project coordination support for Organization Effectiveness and Change Leadership services, solutions, processes and tools, including the following:

  • Supply management and vendor contracting, such as creation of Statements of Work and Purchase Orders.
  • Project planning and coordination, such as defining project activities and tasks; creating detailed project execution plans and tracking timelines and deliverables; reporting on progress
  • Training administration, including targeted communities of practice
  • Fields questions and resolves issues

Provides analytics and coordination support to internal OE leaders to aid in the design, implementation and maintenance of Organization Effectiveness services and processes, including the following:

  • Data analysis for demand planning and resourcing services/solutions
  • Acts as a change analyst in select interventions
  • Creates and maintains OE assets, including websites and HR portal
  • Complete analytics on project evaluations and assessment of results

Provides Organization Effectiveness business operations support to enable successful transformation

  • Creates content, communications, agendas
  • Tracks budget, reviews regularly with stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree with 6 months work experience
  • Experience in Organization Development/Organization Effectiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Project coordination experience
  • Knowledge of change management methodology and practices
  • Expertise in PowerPoint required
  • Proficiency with Excel and MS Office
  • Can lead self, operating independently and manage multiple assignments and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Detail orientation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Data analytics experience
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with survey administration and reporting
  • Experience setting up or maintaining Sharepoint site content
  • Experience working in a global organization
