Location: Fridley, MN
Duration: 6 months (w/possibility of extension)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Looking for training developer to develop training and education packages to support quality system projects. This includes:- Conducting needs analysis through interviews, observation, and/or focus groups
– Determine and document specific learning objectives
– Recommend and develop the most effective solutions, whether they be instructor-led workshops, quick reference guides, webinars, eLearning modules, self-study programs, on-the-project certifications and/or a blended approach with two or more solutions.

Required qualifications
– 4 year degree (or equivalent experience) in instructional design, human resource development, adult education or similar field
– 2-4 years of experience in conducting needs analyses, identifying and documenting learning objectives and determining the most effective learning solution
– 2-4 years of experience in the design and development of self-study, classroom learning solution and/or eLearning modules
– Experience and expertise in developing eLearning modules, preferably using Storyline or Storyline 2.
– 2-4 years experience within a quality system or regulated environment

Requested qualifications
– 4-6 years of experience in conducting needs analyses, identifying and documenting learning objectives and determining the most effective learning solution
– 4-6 years of experience in the design and development of self-study, classroom learning solution and/or eLearning modules
– Master’s degree in instructional design, human resource development, adult education or similar field
– Experience in technical writing

Ability to:
– work well under significant time pressure
– accept a lower quality of instructional design solution, when required by resource/time constraints
– work with a wide variety of people
– work independently (self-directed)
– work on multiple projects simultaneously
