JPG was founded in 1993 as a small technical writing proprietorship. Fifteen years later, we have grown to a firm of corporate status, with a home-office support staff and client-based associate staff averaging between 35 to 45 publication professionals active monthly. JPG has served more than 100 companies in Minnesota and the upper Midwest. Our clients are primarily medical technology, engineering, high-technology, and manufacturing companies.

JPG Officer Bios

Jerome P. Grohovsky (President)

Jerome Grohovsky is co-founder of JPG. Jerome has more than 30 years experience in the technical publications and marketing communications fields. After earning a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Minnesota, his career path was shaped via a variety of staff and senior writer positions at several large corporations and startups. Over the years, Jerome has held a variety of positions, including: contract and staff technical writer, lead writer, freelance technical/marketing writer and illustrator, and marketing communications coordinator. In 1993, he co-founded JPG with Naomi Grohovsky. Jerome holds memberships in: STC, AMWA, and NFIB.

Naomi M. Grohovsky (CEO, CFO)

Naomi Grohovsky is co-founder of JPG. Naomi has more than 20 years experience in business accounting. She held a number of different accounting positions prior to co-founding JPG in 1993 (with Jerome Grohovsky). Early on in JPG, Naomi held dual-roles in the company as both as corporate accountant and general projects manager. As the business matured, Naomi has assumed a number of lead roles, including: corporate accounting management, HR benefits, general operations, and business strategist. Naomi is a member of the WBENC and NFIB.
